EPIC Protect is an extended protection plan that will protect your covered appliance(s)/electronic(s) from mechanical and electrical failures as well as the labor cost and charges for the trip to your home, so you pay nothing out of pocket.

You may have previously purchased an extended service plan called NSI Protection Plus from your retailer. If so, you are eligible to continue that coverage with the new EPIC Protect - a plan with many new and enhanced benefits.

You are still covered under your NSI Protection Plus plan until the end of your contract term. Check your NSI Protection Plus contract for more details. Should you wish to continue your product protection and enjoy even more benefits, you can renew that coverage with EPIC Protect.

Some of the benefits across both plans are similar. The EPIC Protect plan includes:

  • $300 Food Loss benefit for the life of the contract
  • $50 Laundry Credit should your washer or dryer not be repaired within 7 days of the initial service appointment
  • Functional Parts Coverage includes additional coverage for functional component failures that impede the function of the product (handles, knobs, racks, rollers, wheels, shelves, or drawers)

It's simple. Just contact the EPIC Protect Customer Care number at (888) 973-7166 and a friendly Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you in determining authorization to repair your covered product.

There are no deductibles to worry about with EPIC Protect and we offer a replacement policy that will replace your covered appliance(s)/electronic(s) with a like model if the authorized repair cannot be completed. All you have to do is contact the service department for authorization and obtain the repair authorization number prior to having any repairs made to your covered product.

Major and small countertop appliances and electronics with an expiring NSI Protection Plus or EPIC Protect plan are eligible. This includes washers, dishwashers, freezers, refrigerators, microwaves, dryers, ovens, ranges, televisions, and more.

Your new EPIC Protect plan will go into effect when your original plan expires. You'll be covered for up to two additional years depending on the term option you select.

A copy of the Terms & Conditions for your EPIC Protect extended protection will be emailed to you upon purchase via web or phone purchase or mailed to you for purchases made via mail. A sample of the Terms & Conditions is available here.

EPIC Protect is ready to go at the time of purchase! No registration is required.

EPIC Protect is a full value program. The limit of liability per claim is the retail price of the product.

Appliances under $300 are replaced. All others are serviced through onsite or depot service. If we can't repair it, we will replace it!

We are offering 1- and 2- year renewal options.

We accept checks, debit cards, and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card).

FlexPay is a partial payment option available for debit or credit card purchases. A partial payment plan is defined as a plan that is not paid in full at the time of the initial purchase. There is a one-time $4 administrative fee added to the contract purchase price. The selection of FlexPay as a payment option must be made at the time of purchase. FlexPay payments must be received by the scheduled date, or your EPIC Protect will be suspended until payment is received. The payment schedule will be provided to you at the time of the initial purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that your method of payment (credit or debit card) is valid for each scheduled payment.

Should you fail to resolve a payment issue, your contract will be cancelled, and we will issue you a refund of the amount you have already paid.

Should you have a claim to file before your FlexPay payments have been complete, you will be required to pay any remaining balance due before we can honor your claim.

If the certified technician determines that the covered product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a like model. Appliances under $300 are replaced. All others are serviced through onsite, carry-in, and depot service. If we can't repair it, we will replace it!

If you move, the coverage is nationwide, so licensed technicians can provide you with the service you need. *Refer to the service location section of the Terms & Conditions or call the service department for more detailed information and restrictions.

If you decide to sell your product, the protection is fully transferrable and can potentially increase the resale value of your product since they will have EPIC Protect.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

PRODUCT PROTECTION: If damage or breakdown of the Covered Product is suspected, you should promptly take reasonable precautions in order to protect against further damage.

MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTIONS: If specified in the Covered Product's manufacturer's warranty, and/or owner's manual, you must perform all the care, maintenance, and inspections for the Covered Product as indicated. Proof of the completion of such maintenance, care, and/or inspection services may be required at time of Claim.
